This beautiful and spacious fully renovated apartment is located in a friendly and peaceful neighborhood, close to Sickla, Södermalm, and Slussen. It is situated right next to green areas, such as Nacka natural reserve, and offers easy access to the water with various swimming spots and stunning city views. Just outside the apartment, you can enjoy a picturesque view of the city and Gröna Lund amusement park. It's only a 10-minute bike ride to Slussen and Södermalm, or a 5-minute journey using public transport, which conveniently stops right outside. Next to the apartment, you'll find an ICA store that is open from 9 am to 9 pm every day, and it's also close to Sickla's mall, which offers shopping, a cinema complex, bars, restaurants, and a gym. Additionally, the city center is just a 15-minute bus ride away (buses run every 5 minutes), and there are plans for a new tunnelbana and tram line in the area. The apartment features a spacious double bedroom with a king-size bed, a living room with a large sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen with a study/work/eating table, ample storage space with spacious wardrobes, and a big TV. The bathroom and kitchen are fully equipped with modern amenities, including an electric induction hob and a dishwasher. The apartment also offers high-speed wireless broadband. Outside the building, you'll find barbecue areas, a football ground, an outdoor gym, a community sauna, and a children's playground. The apartment benefits from heating, and towels and linen are provided. An iron and ironing board are available if needed, and there is a laundry room and a cycle room for your convenience. Parking is available outside the apartment for a monthly fee, and free parking is available during weekends. There is also an electric car charging station. Please note that smoking, loud music, and parties are not allowed inside the apartment. The monthly bills amount to approximately 500 kr. Note: The apartment is only available for rent to one person and is not suitable for couples or families.
