Bright and neatly planned two room apartment just around the corner from Nytorget and Skanstull. Close to great restaurants, wine bars and cafés as well as playgrounds, parks (e.g. Vitabergsparken) and swimming spots, depending on your lifestyle and preferences. Skanstull tube station is three minutes away. I'll be working from abroad for a year, and that's I'm renting my place out. Looking rent out the apartment fully furnished, but I'm open to discussing certain items. I will, for instance, remove all my books, vinyl records and plants.. Since the apartment is super well planned, it works well for both a single person or a couple. There's a wardrobe in the bed room and some space in the storage in the basement.
