Welcome to the best neighbourhood in Södermalm! My name is Bahar, native Stockholmer, subletting my beautiful apartment to work abroad. The apartment is in prime location, close to both Mariatorget and Slussen and all the amazing restaurants, bars, shops and cafés you can imagine! The apartment is on the third floor (there is an elevator) and with the many windows it lets in plenty of natural sunlight. The apartment has a spacious living room with a nook for dining table, separate bedroom (new 140cm bed), original kitchen from late 1930's and tiled floor in the bathroom with plenty of storage. In the basement you have easy access to the laundry room. Both recycling room and bike storage is just outside the main entrance. It's very rare to have this kind of storage for bikes and recycling in the building! It is walking distance to many grocery stores, subway/bus station Mariatorget and Slussen as well as the commuter train at Södra Station. If you're looking for breathtaking views I can recommend taking a walk along Monteliusvägen and why not bring a picknick basket and enjoy the views in Ivar Los park or on Skinnarviksberget.
