THIS IS ONLY FOR THE PERIOD FROM JANUARY 13- MARCH 15 WHILE THE BUILDING IS HAVING A PIPE CHANGE. It is appropriate only for someone who will be working from their office full time, as work will be ongoing from 8.00-17.00 Monday-Friday. Weekends will not have any work being done. The building will be undergoing major pipe replacement (stämbyte, please google what stämbyte is) -Noise Levels: The construction work is extremely noisy, with drilling, hammering, and other disruptive sounds from 8.00-17.00 Monday-Friday. -Dust and Debris- working inside the apartment will be dusty and may mean that the air quality is poor inside the apartment. It is not suitable with anyone with asthma or issues with air quality. - Limited Access to Indoor Bathrooms: As part of the renovation, the toilet inside the apartment is being renovated. This means you will have to use the external showers and toilets which is set up in a small portable building outside the apartment building, in the garden, which is inconvenient. It means to use the shower and toilet you need to go outside to a separate small building set up by the builders (portable cabin).
