It has one bed room, two halls, two store rooms, big glassed balcony, a big enough kitchen, common washing machine and lift. Very good place to the people who wants to live in a calm area for studies and work from home. It also has good commuting facilities. I want to rent out initially for 3 months with extendable possibilities for a single, two or a family with max 3 people. It will be shared apartment if you are a single person and the rent is 5000 SEK (negotiable). If you are single, two or a family with max 3 people, the whole apartment rent will be 9000 SEK.
