As I am moving to Canada for a few years due to work-life commitments I am renting out my 53m2 apartment in the Salabacke area ideal for a couple or a working professional looking for a mid sized 1 bedroom apartment. The Apartment is fuly furnished and has a spacious livingroom with a TV and mid speed internet (paid for separately 149SEK). The livingroom couch can be pulled out for guests when needed and there is plenty of storage in the apartment. The smaller sized kitchen is spacious enough to have a small dinner amongst friends, fully equipped and has a newly purchased dishwasher, full sized fridge and freezer. The bathroom is on the smaller side but is fully equipped with a shower, toilet and a new washingmachine (holding up to 7kg) The Area and connection: Sala backe is quiet and green area with multiple parks surrounding the apartment, the area has multiple story houses and smaller homes as well and is located outside of the centre of town yet close to the heart of town. The apartment in question is a 25min walk from the centralstation and the Nr. 7 busstop (taking you across Uppsala) is nearby (5min walk).
