This is a nice apartment, but I can only let out part of it, because this is what the Board of the house allows. Therefore, I will have to live formally in the flat , but most of the time the tenant will have his complete privacy. The flat is in very quiet area with close access to the grocery shop (2 min) ,gym (3 min), walking distance to the Centre of Uppsala (15 min), 5 minutes to Biomedical Centre and 10 minutes to Ångström laboratories. The balcony, bedroom and living room give access to the garden on the back side of the house. The kitchen and bathroom with the bath are of normal size. Very nice neighbours and atmosphere. The flat can be rented for several years.
