I am seeking to sublet my student dorm apartment from the beginning of August 2025 to December 2025 (dates are negotiable) as I will be on an exchange semester during that time. The room is studio-like (one large room with a separate corner for the bed), has a kitchen corner, a walk-in closet, and a private toilet; the shower is shared with others in the same corridor. It is 21 sqm in size. I will rent it out furnished.. The rent will be around 4160 SEK per month (the landlord increases the rent every summer, so it could be subject to a slight change). The apartment is located in Norrköping Klingsberg, within walking distance of the city centre. . To be able to rent it, you have to have student status. If the two of us agree on you being a suitable tenant, we have to apply for approval from the student housing, which usually should not be a problem. .
