You get to the city centre within 5 minutes by bus/tram or 20-25 minutes walking. You have Backaplan at your doorstep with for example Coop, Lindex and other stores, as well as cafés and restaurants. Lidl, Willys and Orienthuset are a 5-10 min walk away and Saluhallen with surrounding restaurants and coffee shops. Lindholmen is also ca. 15 min away by foot or less with the bike, which is fantastic for anyone working there!. Our family absolutely loves this apartment which is an amazing home, but we are now looking for tenants as we are planning to move elsewhere for a longer period. We're looking for someone who can move in 1st of August or 1st of September and for a year to start with.
