Hi! Today I am renting out my home for 12 months with possibility to extend, because I will be studying abroad. Both bedrooms have wardrobes. I can removed the office furniture, but you will have to avail yourself of a bed if you want to turn it into a bedroom. The bathroom is a wet room with a spacious bathtub and lots of storage space. There is a pantry in the hallway between the office and the living room. Ideal location in the city, close to Skatås park and Härlanda Tjärn lake swimming spot, 2 minutes walk to the closest bus and tram stop, 12 minutes ride to the Central Station in a beautifully green and quiet area. Walking distance to 2 supermarkets, emergency room and gym. Recycling station 1 minute walk. Dog friendly (but no cats please), no smoking. Fully furnished, kitchenware, kitchen appliances such as mixer, slow cooker, toaster, coffee maker etc, sheets and duvet included, as well as internet and alarm services directly connected to the fire station and the police.
