I speak English & Swedish, but I'm writing this in English to ensure everyone gets a chance to understand the ad! My current flatmate has bought his own place, so I'm looking for someone to share my lovely flat with! The room is available from 1st of March, no flexibility there. 🏠UNFURNISHED room in a newly renovated, 2 bedroom, 72 m2, flat, located close to Stigbergstorget in Majorna, Gothenburg. The flat is located in a so called "landshövdingehus", which you can see an example of in the last photo. It's more than 100 years old! 🚊Take the no. 3, 9 or 11 tram to get here. The fastest takes ca. 9 min from Brunnsparken, the longest takes 15 min. So it's a very central location. 💰Rent is 5500SEK/month (2025 rent) (+ 1 months deposit) 🧹Rent includes a monthly cleaning service from a company, as well as everything else (electricity, internet etc.). 🐾Flat comes with a cat, Elsa. Therefore you shouldn't be allergic, have pets (or children for that matter) yourself. 💃I'm a 36 year old woman, working from home mostly (I have a setup in the living room), as a recruitment manager for a big international company. I'm a gamer, so I spent a lot of my free time playing games, watching Twitch etc, in my room. I also travel as much as I can, even over just the weekend, so when I'm gone you get the place for yourself, with the rule that'll you'll help out with Elsa while I'm away. ❓Who are you?
