A very central furnished room (30 sqm) is available for commuter/part time living. You will share the large apartment (120 sqm) with one Swedish female Lund University professional. It is very close to the central train station in the old parts of central Lund. I've shared my home with different persons over the years, and it works well! The two bedrooms are in different parts of the big apartment. It is fully furnished, and everything (electricity, heating, water etc.) is included. The big spare bedroom has a double bed, desk with working area / dinner table, wardrobe, armchair etc. Bed linen, towels etc. included. You can store and heat food. This is for someone who will need this part-time – commuting within Sweden, or from another country – staying in Lund only weekdays or other arrangement. Instead of hotel or whole apartment. This is for someone who has a permanent home elsewhere, and not full-time housing. That is not negotiable, so please respect that. One person, no smoking. The rent is 6000. There will be an extra charge of 500 SEK, since I will buy all consumables in a household, including doing cleaning. The rent can be a little bit flexible if you will not be in Lund so much, but the rent is generally as said above. Photos of other parts of the apartment and more info etc. can of course be sent! Since I’m a teacher at Lund University, I keep my name hidden in this ad, but you will get it when we start writing. It's totally legal for me to sublet like this. We will have a proper contract.
