We get all the benefits of the construction going on in Partille but without any of the hassels... I own a villa which has 3 apartments in it, and wish to rent out one of them... The apartment is 100sqm over two floors with direct access to the altan... There is the kitchen and lounge room on the 1st floor and two bedrooms and the bathroom upstairs... It is only a five minute walk to Allum and two minutes to the train station. I also live in one of the apartments in the house.
