Charming, old-style apartment in the city center, close to City Hall and the central station, located on the island of Kungsholmen. The apartment has three-meter-high ceilings, adding to its charm, and features several built-in wooden wardrobes and a cozy balcony overlooking the courtyard. It’s 98 square meters (3.5 rooms) with wooden parquet floors, grey stone in the bathroom, and a chimney in every room. The bathroom includes both a jacuzzi and shower. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer and induction stove. There’s also a closet-bed in the guest room. The apartment is fully furnished and available for rent as we will be traveling for three months. Dates are flexible and can be discussed (+/- a few days). It’s ideally situated just a 5-minute walk from the central station and 50 meters from the Rådhuset Metro station (blue line), with easy access to blue buses. The lively neighborhood offers plenty of amenities, including a food market, fitness gym, public swimming bath, library, as well as bars, pubs, and restaurants nearby. Electricity and WiFi is not included in the rent.
