The house has a well-thought-out floor plan where the entrance floor includes a spacious hall, bathroom with shower, three bedrooms, stylish kitchen with possible dining area and double doors to the terrace that connects the inside with the outside. Furthermore, on the entrance floor there is the living room at an angle, which is the central point of the house, a wood-burning stove and generous space for a sofa group and TV. Villa is having 1 floor and basement and renting 1 floor but laundry will be accessible for tenants. Basement rooms are not inclusive in rent as my stuff is there and will be locked out. Renting this house for two months. Nice connectivity to Huddinge and Flemingsberg train station through 3 different buses.
