We're renting out our lovely apartment in Slottstaden for 2 years since we will move abroad job related.. It is a 4 room apartment, big open kitchen living room, master bedroom, one smaller bedroom, 1 office space.. We want to rent out the space fully furnished but we can discuss if you want to bring some furniture and we're taking the bed in the master bedroom at least.. The apartment is 86 sqm, has a North facing balcony that gets sun in the morning and evening most time of the year. Kitchen is fully equipped, there are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower.. The building has a shared laundry and shared sauna that can be booked spontaneously.. Rent includes heat, electricity (to a point), broadband (1gbit) and cable..
