THE APARTMENT: 101 sqm, Swedish standard “4 rooms” = meaning 3 complete bedrooms + living room, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite), walk-through closet, wine cooler, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, etc. Three terraces with amazing views over the city. Sun from morning to evening. High-quality furniture and decor. Fully equipped kitchen, etc. IN THE BUILDING: Cinema, gym, sauna/relaxation area & rooftop terrace available for use! We will remove personal belongings such as clothes in the walk-through closet adjacent to the bedroom. RENTAL PERIOD: Available for rent from December 1, 2024, to March 21, 2025. We are somewhat flexible and will prioritize the right tenant over the exact dates. WHO ARE WE: We are family of four who loves interior design are meticulous about hygiene at home and would like to see that you/the renters are the same. WHY WE'RE RENTING OUT: We have taken 3.5 months of leave to travel around the world on adventures and create memories with our two little sons before they start school, which is why we are renting out our apartment. OTHER: It is possible to book extra cleaning of the apartment for SEK 350 per time (we pay the rest if you choose to book it as we only see it as positive that the apartment is taken care of). NOTE! No smoking is allowed on the balcony in accordance with the association’s rules (and certainly not inside the apartment of course). TV, broadband, electricity, and water are included. We have a parking space in the building with an electric car (Tesla Model Y). If interested, we can discuss renting it out as well. LOCATION: Excellent communication with just a few minutes to the nearest subway and bus stop with city buses right outside. Subway “St Eriksplan” and bus stop “Torsplan”. Vasastan’s best playground for children right outside and countless top-class restaurants nearby. SAFETY: The association has given its approval to leasing, and we sign agreements for the sake of both parties. One month’s rent deposit is paid as security when we sign an agreement and is refunded when the apartment is returned in the same condition as it was provided. We can have a video call before renting to show the apartment in more detail and answer any questions. An inventory list will be created for both parties’ security. The apartment itself is insured, but we recommend tenants to complement their own insurance for their belongings.
