Spacious 4-room apartment with balcony available for short term rent. I unfortunetaly have to move out of my apartment on short notice and am looking for someone to take over the rest of the contract, which goes until the end of June. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bathtub), a large kitchen, a walk-in closet and a living room with an attached balcony. There is a lockable bike shed. The apartment has a washing machine but also access to a shared laundry facility (tvättstugan) It is well suited for a family or a few students. It is located in Gråbo, only a few minutes by foot from the next forest and very quiet. It is 10 minutes into town by bike, and 15 minutes to campus and the hospital. The apartment has some furniture, such as a couch and tv, two book shelves, a large kitchen table and a desk. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a dishwasher and fridge with separate freezer. Rent includes heat but electricity and internet are not included and usually amount to less than 1000SEK per month.
