The house (Villa) is set on a 980m2 land and if brand new (completed in 2021), just outside Örebro (10 min by car to city center or 18 min by bus -5 min walk bus stop-) The area is calm, safe and close to very good schools and nature. Safe heaven between city and suburban feeling. With a large, and modern, double height open plan kitchen that gives space for 3 large outdoor doors onto patio and BBQ area. Although large with 158m2, the Villa is a one level only (ground level) making it easy to maintain and organize. The house originally is offered unfurnished, but furnishing can be discussed and agreed upon. On rental, water, sewage and trash collection is included, Internet and energy is on tenant’s responsibility. (There is fiber internet in the house) My family and I moving outside Örebro and therefore looking to rent our house from Jan/2024 until further notice. We have people in Örebro area that can give support when needed throughout the rental period, or we are just couple of hours away.
