We’re renting out our lovely townhouse (radhus) in Sollentuna while we are abroad. The home is ideal for a family of up to five and offers a peaceful and practical base during the quiet season. This room also includes a bed, making it suitable as a guest room or an additional sleeping space. We’re happy to provide sleeping arrangements tailored to your needs — whether that’s a crib for a baby, a toddler bed, or regular beds for older children. The full bathroom includes a shower and offers a relaxing space to warm up after a day outdoors.. The house is heated with a modern air-source heat pump (luftvärmepump), supported by electric radiators to keep all rooms comfortably warm. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, and the house is fully furnished with everything from kitchen utensils to bed linens, children’s books, and toys.. Outside, the private garden and patio become a peaceful snowy spot during the winter months. The street is quiet, with minimal traffic and a friendly, residential feel. Covered parking with an electric car charger is included — no need to brush off snow or scrape windshields in the morning.. The location also offers excellent public transportation. A short walk takes you to buses that quickly connect to either Sollentuna station (commuter train) or Mörby Centrum (red line metro).
