It is a total of 201 m² and has 4 bedrooms (6 rooms and kitchen) and a fully renovated basement (4 additional rooms). From the house, one can walk to the center of Lund in 10-15 minutes or bike in less than 5 minutes. It is close to schools, food markets, restaurants, parks, open spaces, Lund University and Lund-based companies. The home is perfect for a family with young kids or teenagers who need quick access to many excellent schools in Lund by foot or bike (e.g., 5-10 min walk to 3 excellent schools in Lund) or by buss to Malmö (less than 5 minute walk to buss station). We are are a Swedish-American family renting our beloved home because we need to return to California for work. You find a detailed description of the house below and pictures are included.
