The student room, which is inherently for rent to orderly students, guy/girl/hbtq person are welcome to rent at our place! The room has been recently renovated. Apartment is located very close to Sthlm city. It is equipped with a good bed, desk, chair and large wardrobe and office. The room is furnished for a student's needs. You have the barrier opposite and both forest, sea and city life in 10 min. No pets allowed, allergic. The rent is 4650 kr month, which includes heating, water and electricity, internet. Toilet paper and dishwasher detergent costs extra 100 kr month extra. The minimum rental period is 1-5 years. The notice period is 2 months, depending on how long you rent, which is stated in the room contracts as inherent. We require a certificate that you are a student, please email me the certificate. It's a plus if you have taken the Covid vaccine! We have taken all vaccines covid 19! A short video clip is available in the room. 1 month rental guarantee applies 4450 kr. I use security through the Internet bank for the safety of both! You pay via bank account, no contacts are received. The student room is for one person only. The room is located in Sthlm's finest area. There is a good local traffic, bus, SL boats, directly to city, vasagatan, central station Stockholm. Very close to Hammarbysjöstad, Slussen, Stockholm. Nacka is a top municipality. It takes 12 minutes by bicycle to Slussen and 10 minutes to skanstull, close to all the shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. With lots of water all around, really nice area, good transport connection to Sthlm City! The area is very nicely close to both nature reserves and city life. Respect the date for rent, thank you!
