THIS IS A RENTAL DURING THE PIPE CHANGE IN THE APARTMENT (STAMBYTE) The reason it is extremely cheap is because it will be during the pipe change. It will be dusty, and construction work will be done MONDAY-FRIDAY from 08.00-17.00. NOISE AND DUST AND COMMUNAL TOILET There will be construction in the apartment, meaning noise during the hours of 08.00 and 17.00, and dust and no toilet (only a communal toilet) outside of the apartment, shared with others. This is already reflected in the price. Please do not message if you are sensitive to noise and especially dust - this will basically involve living in a construction site for the entire time (construction is only done Monday-Friday from 08.00-17.00 but it will be dusty the entire time). This would only suit someone who works full time during the day at an office where they can take a shower and only needs a place to sleep, and does not mind dust. However, that is also why the price is so low. PRICE The price is very low because of the construction noise and dust.
